Scanning, scores, history and favourites are free with a Nutivio account. Premium adds search, preference alerts and offline access, and it is how Nutivio stays independent: no ads, no brand payments, no sale of your data.

What Premium adds

  • Search

    Find any product in the Nutivio database by name, brand or barcode, without it in your hand. Compare before you shop, or look up something with a damaged barcode.

  • Preferences & allergen alerts

    Set the allergens and ingredients you avoid. Products show whether they contain them, may contain them, or whether the data can’t confirm it. Nutivio never calls a product “safe”, and alerts never change the score.

  • Offline mode

    Products you’ve scanned, saved or favourited stay available with no signal. It covers your own products, not the whole catalogue, so new products still need a connection.

How billing works

  • You pay the store, not us. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
  • Automatic renewal. Both plans renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your store’s subscription settings.
  • The annual free trial. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial for accounts that haven’t had one before. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the annual price is charged when it ends. Each Nutivio account can have one trial, even across different phones.
  • Deleting the app doesn’t cancel. Removing the app or your account does not cancel a subscription or trial; cancel in your store’s settings.
